We would like to make our meeting room more comfortable and inspiring for sharing and developing great ideas as well as making decisions, engaging people trough easier communication and interaction.
We would like to focus on: design of walls, comfort of the area and functionality of walls to boost creativity and contamination of ideas.
We would like to have:
• interactive monitors and digital whiteboard and/or writing walls
• theme of the walls (nature linked: forests/sky/bamboo forests and birds’ sound or faces of inspiring people from sports or brain storming images)
• Pouf, Couches, chaises longue
• Mini room / Capsule / eggshaped meeting room

Please note that attached pictures and planimetry both refer to 2 different meeting rooms (one bigger than the other). We request you to provide a proposal for both of them following the abovementioned guidelines.
