Description

The project seeks to take advantage of the disposition of the space to locate the three bedrooms with natural ventilation and lighting, to house a central nucleus with a large living room, placing the kitchen adjacent to it, and to propose a solution for hydraulic and sanitary supply through a false wall 10 cm that runs between the kitchen and the bathroom located at the opposite end. The proposal locates two bathrooms, one adjacent to the main bedroom, and the other for simultaneous use located in a hall that articulates access to the secondary bedrooms. The access to the apartment raises a false ceiling that frames the view towards the terrace at the opposite end.
