Description

Dear Client,

It was a real plaesaure to have the opportunity to work on this very interesting project in such a fascinating location.

I tried to fulfill all your desires and requests and I took the liberty to propose another solution, different from the one you indicated, in order to give you more suggestions and ideas.

On the first two solutions I proposed a large open space living room with sofa, dining table and kitchen in the panoramic area of the flat and all the bedroom on the other side of the house, separated each other by tha main corridor, which is equipped with storage wardrobes in order to optimize and fit all the spaces.
I propose two different solutions which can be combined together, trying to offer you much ideas as possibile.

In the third solution I tried a different approach to the design, fitting the living room with kitchen on the two panoramic rooms on the left side, and using the right side for the two bedrooms, while the master bedroom, which in this solution is a suite, is located on the right of the entrance of the house, with its private bathroom, walk in closet and corner for a workstation.

For the color scheme I proposed different shades of light and warm colors, combined with wooden floors for the main living areas and marble for the bathrooms and the main hall (and the kitchen in sol. 2). The colours accents I propose you, according to the modern but elegant and warm style, are a light green (ex. sage green) for fabrics and decorations and a golden touch for the metal details such as furniture frames or bathroom and kitchen taps.
