Here is my design. But there are some notes:
- I tried to assign a proper area of the balcony to every apartment, as well as providing good shape rooms.
- The area of all the bedrooms is more than 14 square meters.
- I put a closet alongside the entry of all the apartments for daily use or guests use. I also put a bigger closet into the bedrooms for private use which can be removed if you like.
- Some laundries are next to the closets. You can make it completely hidden using a door the same as the closet door. For locating the laundries, I tried to use the extra spaces of the apartment instead of using precious spaces, and of course, I tried to make them as hidden as possible.
- Every toilet can have integrated bidet. I guess making the bathrooms bigger than this could minify our main rooms because each centimeter counts there.
