Dear Client, I decided to build three seperate houses on the site, because of very important thing such as privacy! They are the same houses with approximately 68 sq meters. House is a simple square shape with architectural element serving as shelter and compliting the the house and outdoor space as one. Out door contains porch, pathways, parking lot and outside shower. Design is based on central toilet around whome I set 2 bedroom and living room and kitchen. Bathroom has a roof window. Living room is open space plan with emphasis on the outdoor view off the sea. This house is simple design and shows how you can design something with a little walls as possible!
