Il progetto ha l'obiettivo di trasformare una proprietà esistente in un accogliente B&B, creando un'oasi dove gli ospiti possano staccare dalla frenesia della città e immergersi nella tranquillità della campagna siciliana. L'idea è quella di unire l'architettura moderna a un profondo rispetto per le radici del luogo, ispirandosi alla tradizione del Barocco siciliano e alle sue linee sinuose e opulente.
La struttura principale sarà la base del B&B, integrata da nuove accommodation e una dependance, pensate per offrire il massimo del comfort e della privacy. La chiave del progetto è l'armoniosa fusione tra innovazione e tradizione. Per questo, si valuterà l'uso di strutture prefabbricate, per garantire efficienza e sostenibilità, senza rinunciare alla qualità estetica e all'integrazione nel paesaggio.
Il B&B si immergerà nella natura circostante, con un ampio prato verde che si fonde con gli aranceti e gli uliveti secolari. Il cuore del progetto sarà la piscina, posizionata strategicamente per offrire una vista mozzafiato sull'Etna, rendendola il luogo ideale per il relax e la contemplazione. Un'area barbecue completerà l'offerta, permettendo agli ospiti di godere di momenti conviviali all'aria aperta.
L'intera proprietà è pensata per riflettere la calorosa accoglienza siciliana, unendo un design elegante e funzionale a un'atmosfera autentica e familiare, capace di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa.

The main structure will serve as the B&B's core, integrated with new accommodations and an independent annex, designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy. The project's key is the harmonious fusion of innovation and tradition. To achieve this, the use of prefabricated structures will be evaluated to ensure efficiency and sustainability without sacrificing aesthetic quality and integration into the landscape.
The B&B will be immersed in the surrounding nature, with a large green lawn blending into the centuries-old orange groves and olive trees. The heart of the project will be the swimming pool, strategically positioned to offer a breathtaking view of Mount Etna, making it the ideal spot for relaxation and contemplation. A barbecue area will complete the offerings, allowing guests to enjoy convivial moments outdoors.
The entire property is designed to reflect the warm Sicilian hospitality, combining elegant and functional design with an authentic and familiar atmosphere that makes every guest feel at home.
