ITACA Villa

The project is designed as a boutique B&B experience that combines comfort, privacy, and a strong connection to nature. The concept is based on creating a harmonious balance between built spaces and the surrounding landscape, using a mix of natural rocks, green areas, and a rich presence of olive trees to reflect the authentic Mediterranean character of the site.
The proposal includes two independent accommodation units (cabins), each designed to offer privacy and a cozy atmosphere, along with private terraces that allow guests to fully enjoy the outdoor environment. A shared swimming pool, pergolas, seating areas, and a dedicated barbecue space create opportunities for relaxation and social interaction, enhancing the overall guest experience. Special attention has been given to lighting design, both indoors and outdoors, to create a warm and inviting ambiance during the evening.

Two layout options have been developed for the project:

In the first option, the swimming pool is positioned to face the open landscape and the mountain view, becoming the focal point of the project. The accommodation units are placed deeper within the site, creating a sense of journey and discovery as guests move through the space. This option emphasizes the experience, offering a more immersive and memorable stay, where the view and the natural surroundings play a central role.

In the second option, the accommodation units are located near the entrance of the property, allowing for easier access and convenience upon arrival. The swimming pool and leisure areas are positioned further inside the site, creating a more private and secluded zone for relaxation. This option focuses on functionality and clear zoning between arrival and leisure spaces.

Both options are designed to maintain privacy, comfort, and a strong relationship with nature, allowing the client to choose between a more experience-driven layout or a more practical and accessible arrangement.
