ITACA Villa

Dear Client,

Thank you for this great project. I created two 30m2 B&Bs. Both feature the same space, but with different layouts: a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace facing the mountain. However, the door and bedroom are positioned differently, as are the exterior designs. This was done to provide two attractive options.

The design combines modern and traditional, with a clean design combined with curved doors and windows. Natural stone finishes are used on the exterior to add a traditional feel to the B&B.

There is a spacious parking area directly connected by a path to the B&B. You can access the B&B directly or the pool area and pergola, which are connected by a path.

The 6x10 meter swimming pool is surrounded by a glass fence. It directly faces Mount Etna. There is also a pergola equipped with a BBQ grill and a relaxing area.
