Description

The main aim of the project was to achieve a rectangular shape of the house,
so the desired concept of living and facade design would be applicable.
This was achieved by expanding the interior part in the dining area on the first level
and in the bedroom area on the second level.
In order to make the building with a lot of natural light and energy efficient as possible,
the division of rooms is done according to the orientation and to the world sides.
Therefore, the north façade is closed to protect from strong wind,
and the west façade is enriched with greenery and central tree that pass thought the terrace to allows
shade due to high temperatures.
The livingroom is on the expanded part of the house, orientated to the east side, because this side has the most comfortable temperatures during the summer.

Due to privacy there are installed sliding and rotating teak shutters. In the niches inside the building are walk-in gardens, for better integration of the interior and exterior into one unit.
The blending of nature into the interior was achieved using the same materials as concrete, teak, with plenty of greenery.
All the materials used are eco friendly and have the ability to recycle.
The entrances to the building are in the same positions, designed so that the house is divided into private and business areas.
So you can tell your home address is A. Gramsci, and your office is in XXIV Maggio Street, so with that the privacy is improved.
The office has access to the elevator, next to office is the toilet, so clients can use it, and this is the farthest zone of the house available to them.
The office is divided into two - a waiting room with a library, a TV and a hidden kitchen, containing a sink, a small built-in fridge and a coffee machine.
For private purposes, this space is great for relaxing, reading, coffee or drinks.
The second part consists of an office also with a library and a day bed for relaxed reading, a round table intended for conferences or family shared learning or work.
Rectangular desk with two armchairs is for business purposes, and for private purposes it is a space for more relaxed learning or work, if more space is required.
The terrace is also divided, so it is provided for clients and allows peace and relaxation during family learning or work.
The concept of the living area is organized as one large united space and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a winery, an entrance area and a kitchen pantry.
Access to the living room is provided by a staircase from the main entrance and an external elevator.
The same elevator leads to the bedroom area intended for teenage sons, and the elevator used for business purposes leads to the parents' bedroom, giving them better access during work hours or waiting for clients.
Each bedroom consists of a bathroom, walk-in closet and sleeping area, and all rooms are connected to the inner hallway.
The basement has been redesigned to include a gym, theater, technical room and spa area with a bathroom, sauna, steam room and it has large Jacuzzi in the relaxation area.
There is the option of watching television and having a barbeque on the porch.
The porch is connected to the pool, and behind the house there is a narrow decorative pool that is also usable, with access from the shower.
Since this area is surrounded by high greenery, privacy is provided. The fence of the house is concrete and has a full height ground floor, also due to privacy.
Around the fence are planted bamboos that has good sound insulation, and the rest of the green area is complemented by various greenery.
On the extended part of the house on the south side there is a terrace, which can be accessed by external elevator.
The architecture and the concept of home renovation was reflected in the interior, using the same and natural materials such as concrete, marble, wood etc.
Excellent balance between warm and cool tones, gives a relaxing atmosphere, and the dominant color in the interior is rich green, to blend it with nature.
The furniture is contemporary, minimalist, with clean lines and a note of the 1960s - like that whole home is timeless.
