Description

In our design we tried to follow your aesthetic preferences while keeping functionality a main goal. For better functionality we made a few corrections within the initial plans that you provided. We changed the position of the bathroom door on the ground floor so you don't enter toilet directly from dining room. Accordingly, service doors had been moved a bit also.
The other change is a hallway wall that we slightly moved because we wanted to give you some space to store shoes and coats. Also the doors of your mothers' room is now at the hallway wall and that gave us much more space for kitchen/dining area and the kitchen's got plenty of storage space.
When it comes to floors, we kept cement/concrete but gave it a layer of glossy epoxy coating so you can have different shades from dining/kitchen area to living area and get a bit of dynamic keeping these spaces connected. Bedrooms have wooden floors that gave it warmness.
Simple white window blinds was our choice as it will keep space light and airy while making nice shade.
We made a few places with bookshelves for you to store books. There's a bookcase under the staircase, smaller book shelf between hallway and kitchen area as well as upstairs in the family hall that becomes place to reed, relax, play a piano and enjoy the atmosphere.
