-We have developed two concepts with one that is more preferred and produced views for the same.
1.Having keenly followed the brief, we have proposed an L shaped sofa as its compact,modern as occupies less space but gives more seating space.
2.The FOCAL WALL will have the TV cabinet and be painted a contrasting colour that enhances the visual outlook of the space.
3.The bookshelves will be open shelves as given on the brief with several racks that can have artifacts and books.
4. We have proposed of a console near the door -this breaks the long corridor and also gives a spot for extra storage eg keys umbrellas etc.
5. We have also proposed of wall hanging art that will add to the photo frames on the stair wall.
6. We propose to repaint the existing cabinet a wooden stain and maintain its position.
