I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I proposed two plans for the first floor, the difference being the location of the bedroom.
In one of the plans, only the living room has a view of the sea, but in the other plan, both the living room and the bedroom have a view of the sea.
By slightly modifying the ground floor entrance door, I created an access stairwell to the first floor terrace.
I predicted the location of bathrooms and kitchens in such a way that it is close to the current bathrooms and kitchens so that the cost of running your water and drainage pipes is reduced.
I made the design from a combination of white and blue colors along with natural materials such as wood and stone.
