I have prepared two alternative plans for you. For both of them, I do not change the entrance of the flat because if we use one of the openings on the facade as an entrance that means lack of sunlight inside. Because the entrance cannot be a glass door so I do not recommend it.
Furthermore, both plans have an advantage of the view from the entrance. When you enter the flat, outside and the park can be seen through the living room.
In the first proposal, the kitchen is near the entrance and this plan has a larger kitchen. Even you can use a small table near the window. And this window can be used as a secondary entrance to the flat. If you will have a chance to use the garden, the secondary entrance is a good idea. Plus I need to indicate that there is not enough space for the washing machine in the bathroom. You can put it in the master bathroom or the kitchen.
In the second proposal, the location of the kitchen has an advantage of park view but it is not as big as the first one.
