THe project was for rental apartment so that everything must be simple, clean and modern. My concern was bathrooms and kitchens. Since I dont know where is sanitary lines, I located them around old bathroom area.
Second the entrance hall. We couldnt simply divide entrance by two door from the begining. If we do that, we gonna have useless narrow entrance halls in two apartments. THats why I make entrance hall for common between two apartments. And use these lockers for deposition.
Furniture
Clean, modern, inexpensive furnitures from local store. UNder storage beds. Bed sofas. Use every space functionally. Use big contrasty decoration.
