riqualificare un fienile per farlo diventare un centro benessere in ambito agri turistico. l idea è di mantenere il più possibile “l aria rustica” che si sposi bene con l ambiente circostante , valorizzando il panorama che si vede dal primo piano del fienile. si pensa di inserire una sauna , un bagno turco , e una vasca idromassaggio , ipoteticamente al primo piano. se possibile anche un angolo bar al piano terra...
il budget previsto è di circa 250 000€ .. modificabile in eccesso se necessario. l idea è di fornire un servizio a circa 15-20 prs al max.

The idea is to keep as much as possible the "rustic air" that blends well with the surrounding environment, enhancing the panorama that can be seen from the first floor of the barn. It is thought to include a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a whirlpool, hypothetically on the first floor. if possible also a bar corner on the ground floor...
