La proposta si articola in due ipotesi.
La prima prende in considerazione le riflessioni ed i disegni già avanzati dal cliente (e presenti nel file dwg di partenza), che prevedono la fusione dello spazio dell'ingresso con quello dell'ultima camera a destra (rispetto all'entrata) per la realizzazione di un'area giorno che comprenda un salotto, una zona per il pranzo e la cucina.
La seconda, invece, avanza una nuova proposta che vede l'unione dello spazio dell'ingresso con quello della camera antistante al fine di realizzare un ambiente sufficientemente ampio per accogliere un soggiorno comprensivo di cucina e pranzo. In questo secondo caso, la cucina, seppur aperta sullo spazio del soggiorno, è schermata e chiudibile attraverso una porta scorrevole di cristallo (o di altro materiale, a discrezione del cliente).
Per entrambe le ipotesi il resto della casa viene organizzato rispondendo alle esigenze poste dal cliente: vi si trovano così uno studio/stanza jolly, due camere da letto (una per gli ospiti ed una padronale, corredata da cabina armadio) e due bagni (uno di pertinenza della camera padronale, l'altro per tutti). Nella prima ipotesi è presente anche un ambiente rispostiglio-lavanderia, in prossimità, peraltro, della stanza jolly, che sarà utilizzata anche come stireria. Nella seconda ipotesi, invece, uno spazio utile per sistemare la lavatrice viene ricavato all'interno del bagno condiviso.

The proposal consists of two hypotheses.
The first takes into account the considerations and the drawings already advanced by the customer (and present in the starting dwg files), which include the merging of the entrance space with that of the last room on the right (respect to the entrance) for the realization of a living area includes a living room, an area for dining and cooking.
The second, however, puts forward a new proposal that proposes the union of the entrance space with the room in front of it in order to achieve a large room enough to accommodate a living room that includes a kitchen and a dining area. In this case, the kitchen, though open on the space of the living room, is shielded and closed through a sliding glass door (or of other material, at the discretion of the customer).
In either case the rest of the house is organized in response to the needs posed by the customer: so there are an office/jolly room, two bedrooms (one for guests and one for the manor, complete with walk-in closet) and two bathrooms (one pertaining to the master bedroom, the other for all). In the first hypothesis is also present as a storage-laundry environment, in close proximity, however, to the jolly room, which will also be used to iron. In the second case, however, a useful space to fix the washing machine is housed in the shared bathroom.
