EN: In this project, wood becomes the undisputed protagonist. Together with simple, linear and monochromatic furnishings, it makes the environment welcoming and timeless as it is not subject to changes in fashions and trends. The open space features a large kitchen with peninsula, dining table, entertainment/relaxation corner with wooden wall and three-seater sofa, and finally the fireplace, on the sides of which, taking advantage of the important width of the perimeter walls, are created seats under the window to enjoy the warmth and atmosphere of the fireplace. From the open space (kitchen side) you can access the secondary bathroom via a hallway/closet. The sleeping area is on the east side and has two large bedrooms and the main bathroom. Renderings are provided for this area to understand the size of a hypothetical arrangement of the furnishings.

IT: In questo progetto il legno diventa protagonista indiscusso. Insieme ad un arredo semplice, lineare e monocromatico rende l'ambiente accogliente e fuori dal tempo poiché non soggetto ai cambiamenti delle mode e tendenze. L'open space presenta un'ampia cucina con penisola, tavolo da pranzo, angolo intrattenimento/relax con parete in legno e divano a tre posti, e infine il camino, ai lati del quale, sfruttando l'importante larghezza dei muri perimetrali, vengono create delle sedute sotto finestra per godere del calore e dell'atmosfera del focolare. Dall'open space (lato cucina) si accede tramite un disimpegno/ripostiglio al bagno secondario. La zona notte si dispone sul lato Est e presenta due ampie camere e il bagno principale. Per questa zona si forniscono dei render per capire l'ingombro di un'ipotetica disposizione degli arredi.
