I have put my focus on the layout with using the existing location of sink, window and I have created four option by ONLY moving the wall of bathroom only and work on different layout according to your requirement
By This:-
-Low cost of construction.(no demolition of wall,door and windows location)
-Less re-routing of the plumbing pipes.
-Two options have walk in closet, while two options have a dry wall between living area
and kitchen to mount the t.v on it.
