Il progetto per il soggiorno e la cucina prevede: (1)L’utilizzo di colori e essenze chiare, avendo un unica finestra consente di rendere l’ambiente più luminoso. (2) Mantenere il camino dandogli una forma più regolare e moderna inserendo ai lati delle mensole e il mobile TV per integrarlo e dare l’idea di un unico arredo (3) Un divano in una versione componibile, adattabile a qualsiasi situazione (nel sottoscala è possibile spostare gli elementi che non servono per avere più spazio a disposizione). (4) La scala con una struttura simile a quella già installata ma con un corrimano formato da tubi metallici ancorati alla struttura superiore visivamente più leggeri. (5) Una cucina che sfrutta tutto lo spazio disponibile, anche in questo caso una soluzione componibile con colori chiari e con dei vani a giorno. (6) Per organizzare l’ingresso inserire un mobile poco profondo formato da moduli componibili, un appendiabiti e qualche mensola. (7) Per quanto riguarda i serramenti non è indispensabile ai fini del progetto procedere alla sostituzione ma anche in questo caso orientarsi su soluzioni dai colori chiari sarebbe l'ideale.
