Description

Dear client,

For my proposal, I took into consideration that you didn't want to change the plan design. However, I just made a small change for the bigger apartment walls near the bedroom in order to fit the bathroom items. Additionally, I found a way to add all of your desired items in every bathroom and the company that makes that furniture in Italy. I'm uploading a different material list format than the required since the virus delayed my work a little, but you can see exactly how it's designed in every render. On the other hand, the products chosen are mainly foldable or aerial (like the ironing board in the closets, the desks and the corner shelf in the bedrooms) Everything in the design was measured and represented in the most realistic way.

On the floorplan section, you will find (besides the floorplans): 3 Different bedroom views and 3 living/dining room views showing the kitchens and the plasterboard libraries.

For the furniture list section: The aerial desk, the make-up desk, the foldable ironing board, and the corner aerial shelf. Those items would go into every apartment, same model but perhaps changing color combinations.

Lights scheme section: Besides the list, the images show how the lights could illuminate during the night.

And in the Bathroom fixtures section: How the bathrooms can go distributed, using sliding doors for the shower-box and the furniture design for the washer-dryer that makes the frontal top not collide with the toilet.
