Salve a tutti abbiamo un lotto di circa 18.000mq su cui realizzare 3 villette adiacenti da 300mq (150 a piano su due piani). Il lotto ha una pendenza del 30%-40% davanti (a sud) vorremmo realizzare un area attrezzata con giardini e piscina mentre in fondo (sempre a sud, oltrepassando il vialetto da realizzare indicato con il colore giallo) uno spazio riservato a giardino, ortofrutta e ancora più in fondo a piccolo allevamento. Le case sono su due livelli, zona giorno piano terra e zona notte al primo piano, piano terra in parte interrato per non fare cubatura. Da tenere in conto anche uno spazio per la sosta auto e per gazebo esterno che non faccia cubatura.

Hi Everyone, we have a lot of about 18.000sqm on which to build 3 adjacent 300sqm villas (150 per floor on two floors). The lot has a slope of 30% -40% in front (to the south) we would like to create an area equipped with gardens and swimming pool while at the end (always to the south, crossing the path to be built indicated in yellow) a space reserved for the garden, fruit and vegetables and even further down to a small farm. The houses are on two levels, the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor, the ground floor partly underground so as not to create cubature. A space for parking cars and for an external gazebo that does not have cubic volume must also be taken into the land.

Hola a todos, tenemos un terreno de unos 18.000m2 para construir 3 villas contiguas de 300m2 (150 por planta en dos plantas). El terreno tiene una pendiente del 30% -40% al frente (hacia el sur) nos gustaría crear un área equipada con jardines y piscina mientras que al final (siempre hacia el sur, cruzando el camino a construir indicado en amarillo ) un espacio reservado para la huerta, frutas y verduras y más abajo hasta una pequeña granja. Las casas están en dos niveles, la sala de estar en la planta baja y el área de dormir en el primer piso, la planta baja en parte subterránea para evitar cubatura. También se debe tener en cuenta un espacio para estacionamiento de autos y para un cenador externo que no tenga volumen cúbico.
