This is a simple architectural design without any unnecessary ornamentation. All three homes have the pool at the center of the house with rooms arranged around it. This helps in retaining day time heat within the house. The rooms feel open and interconnected.
The houses are oriented so that living areas and master bedrooms have views of the gardens and plantations on the lower side of the plot. Each house has its own tiered seating, covered parking and verandah.
