Basement: garage space, storage, technical area, toilet, laundry and multifunctional room (maybe gym area with spa or something else….).
Ground floor: one big living area, matrimonial bedroom and 3 smaller bedrooms (this is disposition in future) for now you can divide them as you prefer…., two bathrooms oriented to street through small terrace….
Attic floor: light and nice study, bathroom, master guest bedroom and living area ………..
