My first true experience in design and construction. Wanting to learn more in my craft, I moved in to a smaller design company which gives me the opportunity to more involved with the projects. I was immediately put and jumped into the fray when I started here. I was involved in design conceptualization, coordination meetings, construction supervisions and even overseeing bid meeting of general contractors. In the time I've spent working here, I gained so much knowledge in the field faster than average.
