AT Residence

The project is challenged by it’s site which is a rectangular lot with a shallow depth dimension. To compensate with this constraint, the house is designed to take advan- tage of the generous width dimen- sion of the lot, creating an illusion of a grand modernist contemporary frontage while boasting space saver design strategies within.
