Located in a greatly developed district with top schools and commercial establishments within the vicinity, the project must be able to compete with it’s neighbors to main- tain being pertinent. A commercial arcade with a visual advocacy on public realm, as opposed to an enclosed mall of concrete and glass structure, can be inviting and a preferred option for shopping and eating out.
