Located in a beach front property, the project is a vacation house for the client’s family when they are on a holiday and can be rented out if not in use. The house seemingly has a 2 storey frontage but is actually expanded below street level grade towards the beach. It fea- tures an outdoor entertaining area with complementary in nity pool and area for barbeques and picnics.
