I would like proposals for renovating the exterior of a building, recreating the look of a historic palace with mouldings and referencing the façades of the historic buildings of Pordenone, but with a touch of Parisian architecture.
The building will be raised so that the third-floor windows have a normal height (about one metre higher), and it will be extended on the right side to balance the left and right façades. The design should be simple and refined during the day, with night lighting to enhance the building. The entrance will be located on the corner. The property will become a hotel, sober and elegant.
The interiors should evoke those of a luxury home (similar to the rooms and suites of the Park Hyatt Milan), possibly adding wall mouldings and also ceiling mouldings in the rooms.
On the ground floor, the entrance will be on the corner, giving access to the lobby, staircase and lift.
No reception or common areas are planned.
Guest rooms will be created on both the right and left sides of the entrance.
The entrance should be very luxurious yet understated.
For the rooms, it is possible to use furnishings from the “Uno Essential” collection by unocontract.it, with warm and sober colours.
Some suites may include more distinctive and expressive design solutions.
The internal layout can be modified.
Some rooms should also include a kitchenette.
Provide double rooms or even quadruple rooms with a sofa bed (or, if possible, with two separate bedrooms).

Me gustaría recibir propuestas para renovar el exterior de un edificio, recreando un palacio histórico con cornisas y haciendo referencia a las fachadas de los edificios históricos de Pordenone, pero con un toque de los palacios parisinos.
El edificio se elevará para que las ventanas de la tercera planta tengan una altura normal (aproximadamente un metro más altas) y se ampliará en el lado derecho, equilibrando las fachadas izquierda y derecha. Será sencillo y refinado durante el día, con una iluminación nocturna para realzar el edificio. La entrada estará ubicada en la esquina. El edificio se convertirá en un hotel sobrio y elegante.
Los interiores deberán recordar los de una casa de lujo (como las habitaciones y suites del Park Hyatt Milán), añadiendo, si se desea, cornisas en las paredes y también en los techos de las habitaciones.
En la planta baja, la entrada estará en la esquina, con acceso al vestíbulo, a la escalera y al ascensor.
No se prevén recepción ni zonas comunes.
En la planta baja se crearán habitaciones a la derecha y a la izquierda de la entrada.
La entrada debe ser muy lujosa pero discreta.
Para las habitaciones se pueden utilizar también los muebles de la colección “Uno Essential” de unocontract.it, con colores cálidos y sobrios.
Para algunas suites pueden plantearse soluciones más atrevidas.
La distribución interior es modificable.
En algunas habitaciones se deberá prever también una zona de cocina.
Prever habitaciones dobles o incluso cuádruples con sofá cama (o, si es posible, con dos dormitorios separados).

Vorrei proposte per ristrutturare l'esterno di un palazzo ricreando un palazzo storico con cornici e richiamando le facciate dei palazzi storici di Pordenone ma con un occhio ai palazzi parigini.
Edificio sarà rialzato per avere le finestre del terzo piano altezza normale ( più alte di circa 1 metro) e edificio sarà ampliato sul lato destro, equilibrando la facciata sinistra e destra. Sarà semplice e raffinato di giorno e con una illuminazione notturna per valorizzare l'edificio. L'entrata sarà sull'angolo . L'edificio diventerà un hotel, sobrio ed elegante.

aggiungendo ipoteticamente anche cornici ai muri ed eventualmente anche ai soffitti delle camere

al piano terra si ricaveranno camere a destra e sinistra dell'entrata
