Descrizione Progetto

Dear Client,

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank you for the opportunity to participate in this competition. It has been a privilege to develop and present our vision for the Pordenone Boutique Hotel project.

We are delighted to present the results of the architectural and interior concept design phase. Throughout this process, our objective went beyond creating a design that is merely beautiful; we aimed to develop a “sustainable asset” — one that is economically efficient, operationally optimized, and capable of becoming a distinguished urban landmark.

Summary of Design Achievements
1. Façade Strategy (Visual Identity)

After analyzing multiple alternatives, we adopted a Hybrid Neoclassical approach. This strategy thoughtfully combines warm native terracotta tones to respect the urban fabric of Pordenone, cream travertine stone to convey a sense of elegance and grandeur, and matte black metal elements to introduce a refined contemporary contrast. The result is a façade that distinguishes the hotel from neighboring buildings while remaining harmonious with the city’s architectural identity.

2. Plan Design Strategy (Efficiency, Standards & Diversity)

In developing the floor plans, our guiding principles were maximum spatial efficiency, strict adherence to hospitality standards, and spatial diversity. As a result, we created a thoughtful combination of room types with varying sizes and amenities to address different guest needs and market segments.

All room categories have been designed in accordance with the highest hotel standards. The layout and furniture arrangements were carefully developed to ensure optimal structural performance and efficient use of ceiling heights, minimizing unnecessary construction costs while maintaining spatial quality and comfort.

3. Ground Floor Concept & Smart Hospitality Approach

On the ground floor, we designed a welcoming drop-off area that leads to a smart-controlled entrance door. Guests can access the lobby by entering a secure code, ensuring both convenience and safety.

Within the lobby, we introduced a smart reception desk equipped with a tablet for digital guest support and communication. Adjacent to it, a small mini café area provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy coffee in a relaxed setting.

Additionally, the lobby level includes:

A dedicated luggage room

A compact restroom

A storage and housekeeping supply room

This layout ensures smooth operational flow while maintaining a boutique and uncluttered atmosphere.

4. Interior Architecture (Materials, Luxury & Durability)

In selecting materials, we combined two essential principles: “luxury from the guest’s perspective” and “operational durability for the hotel owner.” High-quality vinyl flooring in corridors ensures ease of maintenance, while wood and fabric panels in guest rooms enhance acoustics, comfort, and visual warmth.

Special attention was given to ensure that all amenities, materials, finishes, color palettes, and detailing meet five-star hotel standards. Our goal was to deliver a refined guest experience while maintaining long-term cost efficiency and durability.

Our Commitment to the Project’s Success

We firmly believe in the exceptional potential of this concept. As a sign of our goodwill and commitment to advancing the project, upon your final approval of this concept design, our team will carry out all necessary revisions, refinements, and adjustments required to achieve your complete satisfaction — entirely free of charge.

We look forward to the opportunity to bring this vision to life together.

Sincerely,
