Residenziale - Palazzo
Designed to command attention while respecting traditional aesthetics, this multi-story residential concept revives the grandeur of Beaux-Arts architecture. The exterior composition is characterized by a crisp white stucco envelope contrasted against a vibrant terracotta roofline and deep red entryways. Key architectural features include the articulated corner tower, symmetrical fenestration, and handcrafted metalwork on the wrap-around balconies.
The interiors serve as a modern continuation of the exterior’s promise. We prioritized volume and light, utilizing a neutral color scheme punctuated by bold textures—such as deep crimson headboards and gold fixtures—to echo the façade’s detailing. The result is a cohesive architectural narrative that marries Old World charm with modern spatial planning.
