Residenziale - Palazzo
hello,
This hotel renovation project focused on enhancing functionality, guest experience, and spatial identity while maintaining a modern aesthetic.
We redesigned the main entrance to create a welcoming atmosphere by integrating a built-in bench and comfortable seating areas. To ensure privacy and smooth circulation, the entrance zone was separated from the hotel lobby using a sleek glass door, maintaining visual continuity while defining the spaces clearly.
The guest room layout was carefully planned to accommodate different needs and stay types. The project includes:
Double-bed rooms
Single-bed rooms
Suite rooms
Apartment-style units with two separate bedrooms
Each room was designed as a fully functional unit, featuring a kitchenette, a dedicated sitting area, sleeping zone, and integrated storage or wardrobe space. All rooms include private bathrooms to maximize comfort and privacy. Additionally, a service room was added on every floor to improve operational efficiency.
On the top floor, we introduced a distinctive architectural character by incorporating dark grey wooden finishes. The sloped structural elements were treated carefully—positioned above the room ceilings rather than within the interior space—ensuring they do not affect the usable height or comfort of the rooms while still expressing the architectural form externally.
This project balances practicality, comfort, and contemporary design to deliver a cohesive hospitality experience.
