 Project In-Charge of several Fit-out projects.  Supervision in Design & Planning of architectural plans, for all Design and Built Projects before construction by the company.  Coordinate with in-house Structural Designer, MEPF Designer & QS Department for engineering design and costing.  Counter checking and approval of all Material Requisition Forms for architectural finishing items, based on BOQ, Bidding Plans and Specifications to see if it is included or subject for additional claims in contract, applicable in all projects.  Visits projects that are nearly finished to check the quality of finishing work, provides comments and punch list to PIC’s that are assigned on specific site that is subject for alteration and repairs (if there is any).

1. As SITE ARCHITECT – I am responsible as full time in the following at the same time:  Design Supervision – Make sure that all the plans especially architectural is properly implemented on site by Contractors, monitors plan adjustment decision by owners and coordinates design concerns with the office and engineering consultants.  Construction Management – mainly provision of paper works (minutes of meeting, preparation of reports such as monitoring, non compliance), review of BOQ, checking of works by contractors, preside in weekly site coordination meeting and proper coordination of information to other trades (Gencon, Specialty con., Interior Design, Owner and Consultants). 2. As CADD ARCHITECT – I am responsible / involve in Detailed Working Drawing Production& Coordination with Consultants, Developers and Other Designers regarding Construction of Many Residential and Commercial Building projects by the Company

As part of the Project Management Team, I am the Project in Charge of the University of the Philippines - National Institutes of Health Building Project that is located in University of the Philippines Manila Campus.

As a freelance Architect, I am responsible in the design works of consecutive residential projects like a Residential Bungalow Renovation in Alaminos City, Pangasinan & a 2-Storey Residential Project in Santa, Ilocos Sur. I make sure that the designs meet all necessary requirements of the owners and all other Philippine Standards, providing them varieties of concepts to choose from, until they are fully satisfied on the designs. Once approved, I start drafting the Permit & Construction Plans needed for the project to be issued to the builder.
