This building is located in a Colombian heritage town, for this reason, it seeks to preserve the heritage aesthetics but at the same time offer contemporary concepts such as permeability on the first level, aligning doors and windows towards the interior patio, which connects the pedestrian and converts the sidewalk in an extension of the urban fabric and commercial premises, offering a space that can be in the film festivals that are used in the municipality.
