Build13 is a small house in Riyadh City, TUNISIA. The
owner wants to have a warmly small enough space for the
5 members' family, but that space must be where they
want to go home and live with each other every day.
The first guidelines on the project were set by tow initial
conditions:, the limited height allowed, and a requirement
formulated by the owner of the plot, to avoid the
obstruction of his patio with the new building. These
conditions outline the volumetric definition of the building
and the relationship of the openings and expansions with
the urban space.
