This is a Project under construction in Patagonia. It is a small Condo formed by three appartments and a Penthouse. It is partially done at this time.
It was a challenging project because the land is a steepy terrain with an angle of 30°. Owner wanted to gest the best of the view of Landscape from the Penthouse, his own home, so we designed three two stories appartments in order to raise the building and give as much distant views as possible to the top of the building.
