The project, located in the ZIL former industrial area of Moscow, faces the problem of accommodation for young people and migrants attracted to the capital. The answer to the integration needs and the economical obstacles of these two categories is the “co-living”.
The concept of sharing has been revisited in a contemporary key considerably improving the quality of life of the users. The project unifies the roots of the site with contemporary architecture, paying special attention to the living habits of the people. Science and aesthetics coexist together in a challenging structure that it’s emphasized with a suspended ramp, generating a connection between the urban environment and the building.

Il progetto, situato nell’ex area industriale ZIL di Mosca, si interfaccia con le difficoltà abitative delle nuove generazioni e dei migranti attratti dalla capitale. La risposta all’esigenza di integrazione e agli ostacoli economici di queste due classi sociali è il “co-living”.
Il concept di “condivisione” è stato rivisitato in chiave contemporanea migliorando considerevolmente la qualità di vita degli utenti. Il progetto unisce le radici del luogo con l’architettura contemporanea prestando particolare attenzione alle
abitudini di vita delle persone. Scienza ed estetica coesistono in un’ambiziosa struttura enfatizzata da una rampa sospesa che connette il contesto urbano circostante con l’edificio.
