The main goal was to design contemporary villa close to the sea in Adriatic environment. House contains space cca 285 m2 which is divided between three floors. On the first floor is located indoor pool, sauna, hammam and technical space. On the second floor is living area and one bedroom, while the third floor is planned like night area with three bedrooms. This project required landscape planning with external pool, walkways and stairs.
