This work required the realization of a proposal of student residences, and at the same time it would provide the possibility of hosting tourists and families through the modality of hostel and rental apartments respectively; all complemented with services and recreational spaces for the users. The complex content responds to the variables of an irregularly shaped plot of 9,829 sqm, located in the district of Kreuzberg (Berlin). The proposal is composed of three independent buildings placed strategically in the plot creating a central void axis, which are connected with an elevated square that allows a public and continuous circulation through the complex.
