The project consists of a working space inside and an outdoor seating area. The bakery serves traditional Lebanese food or what is also known as "Man'ouche" (a mixture of thyme & olive oil on a thin dough)
The space has 2 existing steel I-beams that were kept as a support for a small storage and display space above the working counter below.
The olive green paint of the steel façade and the brick oven wall, contrast with the black painted beams, black ceiling and white ceramic walls.
