San Leon, TX
San Leon is a real estate development project in Texas, started by AMP Development. Being the Design Architect of this project, the major constraint I faced was the narrowness of the plot and three directional allowance for fenestration opening. This directed the design circulation - the services, staircase and the kitchen were hence stacked against the fourth wall with minimum ventilation but were open to light on the opposite side.
Double height spaces in the living room helped restore the openness and elegance even though the house was constricted in space.
