The features of the project were special because of the limited space available, however I am sure that the solution found is very optimum and versatile.
The existing axes were respected in the building and a fairly even distribution was made in the three units. The result was two apartments with 2 full rooms and one studio apartment with a single room. The proposed configuration allows to have furniture of use to maximize the occupation in cases of being required.
