The project is a project renovation particularly on facade. it located in East Java, Indonesia.

The project based on the central city of Madiun, East Java. It becomes to an iconic mall for Madiun as cultural city that has a lot cultural events such as Traditional Dress exhibition on main street city, Maulid Parade and City Carnival Event each year. As the spirit of the situation becomes a spirit of our design, we create it based on the idea and spirit which has influenced for indigenous people in Madiun. Red color, Pecel Pincuk, Spirit of saving culture are the ideas of the building.

We believe each 20-year each mall need a new spirit and fresh look like. Therefore, our client want to combine between his need and the soul of the city. There are several improvements on facade that is really different from an old one for instance there is not focal point on facade and now we make "pincuk" [the red tower] as focal point which becomes a landmark of Madiun.
