Description

A lot of young couples with children know how hard it can be to have a comfortable space in a condominium apartment. Of course there’s the convenience of being close to everything you need, but the price to pay is having to deal with limited space. This couple and their lovely little daughter needed some creative thinking and a new layout distribution and the solution came in one simple concept. Vertical space!

The proposal involved the creation of as much vertical storage as possible to
allow them to put away everything in a tidy manner and, at the same time, open the rooms to allow more social activities.

Another issue was the lack of natural light. unfortunately, if you have an apartment you can’t simply open a new window or skylight, so in this case, the solution was to bring a bright and fresh color palette to work with. Saturated tones like yellow or pastel turquoise help open up the space and make feel much bigger.
