The apartment before had only one bedroom, small bathroom without toilet which was on the other end of the apartment and two large balconies. Because the owners never used second balcony and needed more space for their growing family we decided to enclose it to give the apartment much needed extra square meters. Since no walls in the apartment were load bearing I was able demolish almost every wall to achieve three bedrooms, walk in closet, large bathroom with toilet, small powder room and open space living, dining and kitchen with balcony.
