Originally a commercial deposit, this apartment was converted into a residency but with the feeling of an industrial loft. Located on the ground floor in a typical venetian courtyard, it has lots of windows (14!!) that give it at least a good illumination. The new owner, a french couple, were really attracted by the esprit loft of the apartment, and they wanted definetely to maintain it and even to emphasize it by using furniture, without changing the wall disposition.
