Description

The econtainer is part of a larger project for the urban terrace that the designers won in a local call in 2008. The "pavilion plan" in fact contains the guidelines to regulate the construction of all items of service for bars and restaurants. In this case the choice of container is allowed to fulfil several requirements: ease of disassembly of the structure (given the limited duration of the authorization for local business) and its ease of retrieval (given the proximity of the port). Using a "recycled" constructive element is also in line with the philosophy that characterizes the product herein sold and consumed. The econtainer is in fact in use by Coccinella Bio: a company that produces and sells organic food using local raw materials produced with systems and environmentally friendly techniques.
