We have developed the design based on the requirements you described. Regarding the spatial layout, we are presenting two alternative options for your consideration. The only difference between these layouts is the placement of the living room and the coffee bar, which are interchanged.
Rather than providing a simple coffee corner, we recommend a full coffee bar, as the available space is more than adequate to accommodate it comfortably.
Additionally, the area adjacent to the pellet stove is designed as a reading nook with a sofa, creating a comfortable and functional space.
Considering that the positions are not significantly different and the furniture dimensions used are the same, the 3D visuals we present are based only on Layout Option 1.
