Description

Because of available space was narrow,i prefered a miminalist design.First of all,the living room had four different areas. These were vertical movement area, rest area, social area and optional area. The cumbersome stairs had to have a good location and minimal. Therefore, dead areas had be terminated.Secondly, the cumbersome stairs was redesigned with hidden lightings. And also mdf+lacquer paint was used in steps. In addition, steel railing was used in stairs. The provided a dynamic view to living room. Finally for vertical movement area, after tv unit was located, dead area had be terminated.(as you can see).On the other hand for rest area, instead of old seat with L type where was under the stair, new modern seat with L type's location was selected as centre point and also it was located to tv unit's against. In addition, the sead had to have a daylight so this was relocated to window's across an corner point was evaluted as shelves, too.Secondly, area which was used as kitchen was evoluated as talking,to chat, reading, drinking something area(coffee, tea etc.)Lamp was located to corner point, too. In this way, when it was night, this could be used as reading book, for social area, for a friendly atmoshpere, vase was located. And also this had been divided to other areas.(To social area from rest and optional area). Finally for general concept, showcase is thought for social area.(While people chatted, talked with each other, they drunk something(coffee or tea). But this area could use as optional area. For example, study area, storage are etc.)As is clear to see,it had four different areas. These were vertical movement, rest, social and optional.
