Oggetto del presente contest è la ristrutturazione del piano terra di una villa.
Nel predisporre il progetto si è tenuto conto delle richieste ed esigenze del cliente.
Entrando nell'appartamento ci troviamo in un comodo ingresso, sulla destra troviamo un comodo ripostiglio e il guardaroba di generose dimensioni e dove si trova anche l'accesso al bagno. Sulla destra diviso da una grande porta scorrevole troviamo l'ampia zona living.
Entrando troviamo la zona relax con libreria e un divano 3 posti, a seguire troviamo un'ampia zona cucina e il tavolo. Nella libreria è posizionata una TV visibile sia dal divano che dalla zona pranzo. Il soggiorno è ricavato nella veranda.


The subject of this contest is the renovation of the ground floor of a villa.
In preparing the project, the client's requests and needs were taken into account.
Entering the apartment we find ourselves in a comfortable entrance, on the right we find a comfortable closet and the generously sized wardrobe and where there is also access to the bathroom. On the right divided by a large sliding door we find the large living area.
Upon entering we find the relaxation area with bookcase and a 3-seater sofa, followed by a large kitchen area and table. In the library there is a TV visible both from the sofa and from the dining area. The living room is located in the veranda.
