We are a modern professional couple just turned 50 with no children and the occasional overseas guests.
The apartment we have purchased redone, with new doors, electrics, plumbing, windows, shutters.
The new floors are ceramic effect wood which is all through apart from the bathrooms. The heating is underfloor.
The skirting boards can be changed.
There are no walls to remove. The ceilings are about 3.70m.
The windows are low about 65cm from the floor and 2.25m high, reaching about 3.00
We need help to finish the apartment with furniture, window dressings, accessories, colours and lights to make it a home (interior design).
For us is important to match the walls, the skirting boards, the curtains with the floors and the original ceilings.
We should like something modern/contemporary mixed with a touch of days gone by considering the age and original painted ceilings.

Entering on the left we have thought to put a long wardrobe (?), storage is missing in this apartment.

The kitchen I consider to be my room (the lady) …i should like to utilise as best as possible….a table for 6, computer space and perhaps a small sofa to watch tv…..the kitchen i should like flat white, no handles and be a wow….:-) the extractor fan: we can consider to lower the ceiling in this part

Door between living room and kitchen needed, to separate also the noise.
Its not necessary a table in this room (kitchen could be suffice)
In case the main bedroom will contain the double bed, in the living room we should like a small space for a studio with the desk facing the windows and not the wall……and bookshelves.

We have two options
The double bed in the large bedroom and the single in the second or vice versa…
one of the rooms to become a studio with stereo computer etc.

The floors and tiles have been redone. Above is done in polished plaster. The left side has been mounted with shower toilet and bidet. We miss the right side of the bathroom and a radiator over the bidet.

There is the heater above the roof which we need access to.
We are thinking to put washing machine …small sink and a toilet as is attached to second bedroom
